Description

Suntory's blended whisky encapsulates the harmony of Japanese nature and craftsmanship. The Hibiki Blossom Harmony 2022 offers a delicate and well-balanced profile. Inspired by Japan's Sakura blossoms, this whisky combines rare malt and grain whiskies matured in Sakura wood casks, resulting in a distinctive flavor profile. It's an ideal expression to enjoy with close friends and family.

The whisky presents a bright amber hue. On the nose, a gentle aroma of wood polish, rosemary, and sandalwood emerges. The taste reveals notes of crystallized orange peel, honey, and white chocolate sauce, culminating in a refined, lingering, and soft finish.

Hibiki

Hibiki Japanese whisky is a premium blend that has been produced by Suntory in Osaka, Japan, since 1989. The Hibiki brand was launched to commemorate the 90th anniversary of Suntory's Yamazaki distillery, and its name means "resonance" in Japanese.

The whisky is crafted from a mix of single malts from the Yamazaki and Hakushu distilleries and grain whisky from the Chita Distillery. Its flavor profile is a harmonious blend of Yamazaki's sweetness, Hakushu's smokiness, and a subtle fruity note from Chita.
